01

Who do you typically work with?

We work with growth-stage brands, D2C companies, tech products, and consumer labels that need serious marketing execution — not just ideas. We also work with creators and talent looking for brand management and campaign partnerships.

Do you work with both brands and creators?

Yes. Beyond Folks operates across both sides of the ecosystem. For brands we build and run campaigns. For creators we manage talent relationships, brand deals, and content strategy. Both sides inform the other.

How do we get started?

The fastest way is to book a 360° strategy session — we map your current position, goals, and the most effective service mix. Most clients start within a week of that conversation.

Can we engage you for a single project, or is this only for ongoing retainers?

Both. We handle one-off launches, campaign sprints, and specific deliverables as well as long-term partnerships. The engagement structure depends on what you actually need — not a standard package.

What industries have you worked in?

Consumer technology, retail and commerce, entertainment and OTT, food and lifestyle, mobility, and digital platforms. We adapt creative and channel strategy to how each category earns trust.

02

What services does Beyond Folks offer?

Branding, digital marketing, content creation, creative production, performance marketing, web design and development, PR and reputation management, influencer marketing, talent management, creator collaborations, AI agent development, and AI automation. Most clients combine two or more of these.

Do you handle everything in-house or outsource work?

Core strategy, campaign management, creative direction, and platform execution are in-house. For specialist production needs — photography, video shoots, certain technical builds — we work with a trusted network we have vetted over years.

Can you cover multiple services at once?

Yes, and this is where we do our best work. A brand that runs performance ads, creator campaigns, and a strong content stream at the same time grows faster because each channel reinforces the others.

Do you offer a full 360° service?

Yes. Our 360° Marketing Consultation is designed specifically to map a full-stack strategy — identifying gaps, priorities, and the right service combination for your stage and goals.

Can you support a single channel like just social media or just ads?

Yes. If your immediate need is focused, we can scope a single-channel engagement. We will be honest if we think a broader approach would perform better, but we do not force a bundle.

03

How long does a campaign take to launch?

For influencer and content campaigns, typically two to three weeks from brief to live. Performance marketing setups usually take one to two weeks. Larger brand or web builds follow a scoped timeline agreed upfront.

How do you report on campaign performance?

We provide structured performance reports — frequency depends on the engagement type. Most ongoing clients receive weekly snapshots and monthly deep-dives covering reach, engagement, conversions, and spend efficiency.

Do you handle creative development as well as media placement?

Yes. We handle both ends — creative concepting, production, and platform-specific optimisation alongside media strategy and placement. You do not need a separate agency for creative.

Can we provide our own creative assets?

Yes. If you have existing assets that meet platform specs and quality standards, we will work with them. We will tell you honestly if we think something needs refinement to perform.

How do you select creators for a campaign?

Creator selection is based on audience fit, content quality, engagement authenticity, and category relevance — not just follower count. We maintain a vetted network and add new talent based on brief requirements.

04

I am a creator. How do I work with Beyond Folks?

Reach out through our contact page with your category focus and platform stats. If there is a strong brand fit in our current roster, we will connect you. We are always building our creator network.

Do you manage talent full-time or just for campaigns?

Both. We offer full talent management for creators who want strategic guidance, deal structuring, and brand partnerships as an ongoing relationship. For campaigns, we also engage creators on a project basis.

What does talent management actually include?

Brand deal sourcing and negotiation, rate card development, content strategy, platform growth planning, and relationship management with brand partners. Think of it as having a focused team behind your creative career.

What size of creator do you typically work with?

We work across the spectrum — from micro-creators with high-trust audiences to large-scale talent with significant reach. Fit matters more than size. We look at engagement quality, brand alignment, and content craft.

05

How is pricing structured?

Pricing depends on service mix, scope, and engagement type. We do not publish fixed packages because the right scope varies significantly by brand stage, goals, and market. The 360° strategy session helps us give you an accurate picture.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No minimum commitment is required for project work. For retainers, we typically work in three-month cycles — long enough to build momentum, short enough to stay aligned with your goals.

What does the onboarding process look like?

After scoping, we run a structured kickoff — brand and audience deep-dive, competitor landscape review, channel audit, and goal alignment. Most clients say this alone clarifies priorities they had not fully mapped.

Who is our main point of contact during an engagement?

You work with a dedicated strategist who owns your account and coordinates across the team. You are not handed off to junior staff after signing.

What information do you need to get started?

A brief overview of your brand, current marketing activity, audience, primary goals, and budget range is enough for us to have a useful first conversation. We will ask the right questions from there.
